What Are Middle School Madness and High School Happening?

These are fellowship events, usually with a theme, that are held on Sunday afternoons and evenings. These events will be fun times for the youth to hang out with one another and lead one another in a safe, supervised, Christian environment.

Middle School Madness

Middle School Madness (MSM) will now be held directly after 2nd service instead of in the evenings. MSM will now be on the 1st Sunday of the month, meeting directly after church to make it more convenient for the youth and their parents. Regularly scheduled MSM will now last from noon until 1:30PM.

High School Happening

2nd & 4th Sunday from 6:30-8:00am (4th Sunday is Bible Study)

What’s the Purpose of Our Theme?

Each year we try to weave the theme into our daily lives in the way that we carry ourselves as Christians and go about our daily lives. At each youth meeting the youth will have an opportunity to discuss what this means to them and how they have personally either experienced or demonstrated this theme.

What Do We Do at Our Monthly Middle School Youth Group (MSYG) And High School Youth Group (HSYG) Meetings On Sunday Mornings?

First of all, we have a devotion and breakfast snacks. Then we discuss all of the events that happened in the past month, what we’d like to do again and what we don’t. Next, we discuss the upcoming events, both small events and large retreats. The youth are always welcome to express interest in other events and offer input. That’s the whole idea! We share this time just talking and planning and close with prayer.
