Regular schedules for our different musical groups’ rehearsals will resume on August 19 in preparation for the new program year. The Happy Clapper’s Handchime Choir has been meeting from 11am - 12pm during the summer following the Wednesday morning Bible study with Pastor. We still need some additional ringers for our chimes! Rehearsals are across the hall from the Fellowship Hall in one of the Sunday School rooms. We are seated during rehearsals, so standing for long periods of time is not an issue. Chimes are easy to ring and have a lovely sound. It is such fun to learn to make music together as a group. We laugh a lot at all our mistakes, and then try again. There is no pressure to perform in this group. We are all just learning to make music together at our own pace. We would love to have more ringers, so talk to me about the group or find a Happy Clapper and ask them questions. We don’t meet usually on Wednesdays that Bible Study is not meeting, so it would be a good idea to talk to a ringer or to me to be sure the day you want to come we will be playing. Come join us and have some musical fun and a lot of laughs!

Adult Choir and Joyful Noise (our existing Handbell Choir) will resume regular rehearsal schedules August 19 with Joyful Noise at 6 PM to 7 PM immediately followed by the Adult Choir from 7-8:30 PM. We would love to have more singers and ringers, so talk to me about these groups. Enjoy the remaining days of summer! God’s blessings to all!
